Who we are

The controller of your personal data is Vadzim Pisaruk, trading as Merge Street, NIP PL1133047260, Warsaw, Poland. Contact: hello@mergestreet.com.

What we collect and why

• Server logs. When you visit the site, our hosting records your IP address, browser user agent, requested page and time. We use this to keep the site secure and working (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are deleted after 14 days.
• Email. If you write to us, we process your name, email and the content of your message to reply and, if relevant, to prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep correspondence for as long as needed for that purpose and any legal obligations.
• Booking a call. The "Book a call" button opens Cal.com, a separate service with its own privacy policy. Data you enter there is shared with us to arrange the meeting.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. Fonts are served from our own server; no third-party content is loaded when you open this site.

Cookies and local storage

• Essential: ms-theme remembers your light/dark choice, ms-consent remembers your cookie decision for 12 months. Both stay in your browser and are never sent to us. They don't require consent.
• Analytics (optional): used only if you click "Accept". If you reject, nothing is loaded. You can change your choice at any time: Cookie settings.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, object to processing, and request data portability, by writing to hello@mergestreet.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

Our website is hosted by exe.dev. Email is handled by our email provider. They process data only on our instructions.
